Adrian Ferraz is the worldwide portfolio lead for the Adoption and Change Management services for Microsoft, enabling Digital Transformation through cultural and behavioral change on individuals, teams and organizations.

Adrian is the co-author of the book Organizational Change Management in Practice (Gestão de Mudanças Organizacionais na Prática), launched in December 2021, and delivered the opening keynote session at ACMP global connect 2021, on Data Driven Change Management. Adrian is currently the President for ACMP Brasil chapter,and a speaker, innovator and experienced change leader. As a change visionary, Adrian is constantly envisioning the future of organizational changes and helping leaders to achieve their transformation objectives.
