The Chapter President succeeds to this position from their previously elected Vice President position. The Chapter President shall act as Chairperson of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall be solely responsible for the management of the affairs of the Chapter. The Chapter President represents the Chapter at any PMI event attended by the Chapter. At the end of their term as Chapter President, they succeed to the office of Past President.

The VP of Administration & Governance ensures strong governance practices and effective internal communications to support all Chapter activities. This role maintains accurate Board records, oversees handbook and policy updates, and supports leadership processes such as succession planning and Board orientation. Additionally, the VP assists the President with awards, facilitates coordination across liaisons, and helps manage conflict resolution and compliance with Chapter bylaws and standards.
