Part Two of our August discussion on Project Management and the Rise of Worker Sovereignty. In a post-COVID age, more and more Project Managers are exploring careers outside of traditional, employee-centric models, and embracing a self employment career and lifestyle. In this next session, we will recap the first presentation and then dive deeper into some tactical considerations for venturing out on your own — the risks involved; and how to find opportunities; marketing and branding; and how to ultimately achieve worker sovereignty in your career.

This topic is for project managers who are curious about finding greater independence and influence in their day-to-day work and overall career. It is for those at any stage of their career, whether they are just getting started and exploring options; are semi-retired; are a stay-a-home parent seeking fractional work; or are an entrepreneurially-minded PM with domain expertise in select fields.
