Situational leadership is a process to lead and manage people based on individual circumstances and the individual themselves. This methodology is used by most of the fortune 500 companies as their basic management technique/process.  It is a simple process to learn and understand.  By knowing the difference between supportive and directive leadership styles and when to use one over the other, a leader improves their confidence and effectiveness.  Situational Leadership also gives people the tools to help them diagnose a situation and individuals so that they can deploy the best leadership style for the situation!

Steve Hegele is the founder and CEO of Hegele, Inc. He has degrees in Communications and Psychology, a unique combination which grants him the ability to uncover the challenging issues in an organization, and to impactfully articulate his discoveries and solutions. This has brought successes working with businesses such as 3M, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Pfizer, Pheasants Forever, ADA, Boston Scientific, Dale Carnegie and many more. Steve is no stranger to success, setbacks, crisis, challenge, and the unforeseeable blows life can throw at us. When Hegele’s wife Angie passed away from cancer in 2010 at the age of 42, he was left to raise his four young children on his own. Every aspect of who he is as a person as well as the company he founded was about to be put to the ultimate test. Nowadays, spending quality time with his 4 children is the number one priority, as well as living an active healthy lifestyle.
