The PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® formally recognizes your knowledge of agile principles and your skill with agile techniques. It will make you shine even brighter to your employers, stakeholders and peers.
The PMI-ACP spans many approaches to agile such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, extreme programming (XP) and test-driven development (TDD.) So it will increase your versatility, wherever your projects may take you. This course will benefit anyone interested in agile project management methods. It also fulfills the 21 hour requirement for the PMI-ACP exam.

Important Information Regarding PMI Metrolina Chapter Member Pricing:
Before you can join the PMI Metrolina Chapter, you must first be a member of PMI.
PMI Metrolina Chapter membership costs $25 for individuals and $15 for full time students.

There will be no adjustment to the fee charged for the PMI-ACP® Prep Course if you become a PMI Metrolina Chapter member after you register for the PMI-ACP® Prep Course.
Because of technical and procedural limitations you will not able to register for the PMI-ACP® Prep Course at the member rate on the same day that you join the PMI Metrolina Chapter. The reason for that is that joining a local PMI chapter is a function managed by PMI through their website. After joining the PMI Metrolina Chapter on the PMI website, it will take anywhere from one to three business days for PMI to process your new chapter membership. The PMI Metrolina Chapter database is automatically updated during a nightly download only after PMI has completed the processing of your new chapter membership. So remember to provide adequate time to allow your chapter membership to process before you register for the PMI-ACP® Prep Course through the website.
Please contact the Certification Training team at certificationtraining@pmi-metrolina.com if you have joined the PMI Metrolina Chapter and are unable to register for the PMI-ACP® Prep Course as a chapter member due to a technical or timing related issue.
Exam Prep Course Re-attendance Policy: In certain situations, PMI Metrolina Chapter will allow an individual that has previously attended an exam prep course to attend a subsequent exam prep course for the same certification at no cost - provided space is available. In order to re-attend an exam prep course, you must meet the following criteria:
You must take the certification exam within 4 months of taking the exam prep course.
You must submit documentation from the test center stating that you didn't pass certification exam.
You will only be eligible to re-attend an exam prep course once and you must re-attend sometime within in a 6-month period following your examination date.
You will need to bring your own training materials from your previous class, or purchase new materials. If you have questions regarding this policy or wish to re-attend an exam prep course, send an email to vpprofessionaldevelopment@pmi-metrolina.com .
The updated PMI-ACP Agile Certified Practitioner exam was released in March 2018. This PMI-ACP® Prep Course will prepare you for the updated exam. A full refund of the course fee minus a processing fee will be granted if the cancellation notice is received more than five (5) days prior to the start of the course. The processing fee is $25 for most events and $10 for PDU training sessions or chapter meetings. Persons canceling within less than five days will receive 50% of the fee paid.
