Conflict is not a Dirty Word; Speaker: Libby Cole, West Region (Asheville & Fayetteville) Virtual Meeting

Power Skills

Description:

Conflict can be an incredible driving force. One thing’s for sure — sometimes getting to the root of the issue sooner rather than later helps foster stronger, more transformational growth. And there’s no better tool that I’ve seen work than the Enneagram. In this interactive workshop, participants will understand how their unique approach to conflict can help them be more effective individuals both professionally and personally.

Learning Objectives:

  • Participants will have a better understanding of the Enneagram as a tool for self-awareness, leadership, and interpersonal relationships.
  • Participants will be able to identify their core type and gain awareness on how to utilize their strengths in and out of the workplace.
  • Participants will work together to recognize other types, as well as how to relate to and communicate with them more effectively in a team setting with an emphasis on healthy conflict and how to resolve it effectively.
