Kimla began her career as a Software Developer, dedicating over 12 years to refining her technical skills before transitioning into a Business Analyst role, where she spent another 12 years in the pharmaceutical and technology/data sectors. Rising to the top of her field, Kimla became a leader in crafting data-driven strategies and delivering significant business impact. Following this, she took on the role of Compliance and Process Manager, leading a cross-functional team for over two years and focusing on compliance and process optimization.
Today, as a seasoned strategist and problem solver, Kimla thrives on developing data-informed strategies that address both immediate challenges and long-term goals. She combines process automation with active stakeholder engagement to ensure clear, actionable solutions. Kimla is also deeply committed to mentoring college students and engaging with K-12 students to foster their interest in STEM careers.
