Speaker: Ta-Tianna Nealy

In this meeting we'll discuss the basic requirements needed for a professional to qualify for the RMP, as well as tips on how to prepare for the exam. Ta-Tianna will talk about how she leveraged her RMP for higher wages within the PM field, training others in the workplace and streamlining current risk processes for various organizations.

Expected Outcomes: 

  • Identify the benefits of RMP credential and tips for the credential's exam
  • Gain knowledge on training others in the workplace and streamline risk processes within various organizations

Speaker Bio: 

Ta-Tianna Nealy is a Senior Project  Manager/Scrum Master for Wells Fargo. Ta-Tianna delivers medium-large scale digital IT projects  and has over 15 years of IT experience. Ta-Tianna has held various leadership roles within the  private and public sectors for such companies as AmerisourceBergen, Lowe’s, and Booz Allen  Hamilton. Ta-Tianna holds an MBA from Southeastern University and B.S degree in Information  Systems from Norfolk State University (NSU). As well as several IT Certifications (PMP, RMP, ITIL, CSM, SAFE). Along with her work-related activities, Ta-Tianna engages heavily in her community.  

Currently Ta-Tianna serves as the 1st VP of the Psi Mu Zeta Chapter where she’s held several leadership roles. She's also a member of the NSU CLT Alumni Chapter, Project Management Institute – Metrolina Chapter, and the National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) CLT Chapter. 

She’s received numerous awards for her distinguished service throughout the years. A native of  Baltimore, she loves seafood, spending time w/her family, attending concerts/festivals, and traveling.
