During this portion of the presentation, participants will have the opportunity to learn more about mindful awareness, breathing, and a body scan. This session will teach individuals about proper meditation posture, the sensations of the breath, and how to tune into the physical and emotional states of their body to create greater awareness, peace, and balance. After this experiential exercise, participants will be able to use their breath to manage stress and anxiety while creating space for calmness, self-compassion, and gratitude.
