Speaker Bio

Rich is a risk, security, and project management professional specializing in the area financial services technology. He is a business-oriented, accomplished leader experienced in managing risk management programs and multi-million-dollar technology projects for renowned corporations including Bank of America, Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo.

Rich is also the founder of The Public You and has trained thousands of people on how to use social networking sites to help build careers and land a new job. He has been featured on WCNC and numerous times in the Charlotte Observer for his work with helping people improve their careers. In addition to conducting workshops for conferences, professional organizations and companies, Rich works with most of the job support groups in the greater Charlotte area and created the “Charlotte in Transition Support” website.

Rich serves as the Vice President of Marketing for the PMI Metrolina Chapter and is a member of the ISACA Social Media Advocates group.
