Topic: Transformation in turbulent times

Presentation Description:

The unprecedented times of the COVID-19 pandemic and civil unrest have catapulted the need for transformation. There isn't a single organization that doesn't need to transform in one way or the other. Though COVID-19 has accelerated most digital transformation efforts, we need to transform fully while charting a strategic roadmap for an unpredictable future. Think of transformation on steroids, the transformation that will remain as a constant among all the changes we experience. Join me in a discussion on how to successfully navigate through this transformation journey full of turns and twists.
