Before you can join the PMI Metrolina Chapter, you must first be a member of PMI. PMI Metrolina Chapter membership costs $25 for individuals and special discounted pricing for full time students.
For more information on joining PMI and the PMI Metrolina chapter please visit the PMI website. There will be no adjustment to the fee charged for the PMI-ACP® Prep Course if you become a PMI Metrolina Chapter member after you register for the PMI-ACP® Prep Course. Due to the technical and procedural limitations you will not able to register for the PMI-ACP® Prep Course at the member rate on the same day that you join the PMI Metrolina Chapter. The reason for that is that joining a local PMI chapter is a function managed by PMI through their website. After joining the PMI Metrolina Chapter on the PMI website, it will take anywhere from one to three business days for PMI to process your new chapter membership. The PMI Metrolina Chapter database is automatically updated during a nightly download only after PMI has completed the processing of your new chapter membership. So remember to provide adequate time to allow your chapter membership to process before you register for the PMI-ACP® Prep Course through the website.
Please contact the Certification Training team at vpprofdevelopment@pmi-metrolina.org if you have joined the PMI Metrolina Chapter and are unable to register for the PMI-ACP® Prep Course as a chapter member due to a technical or timing related issue.
Exam Prep Course Re-attendance Policy: In certain situations, PMI Metrolina Chapter will allow an individual that has previously attended an exam prep course to attend a subsequent exam prep course for the same certification at no cost - provided space is available. If you have questions regarding this policy or wish to re-attend an exam prep course, send an email to vpprofdevelopment@pmi-metrolina.org
