September Ballantyne Community Meeting
Presenter: Leslie Lowman
Meeting Topic : Ever heard of this thing "Agile" and wondered what it means?
Topic Description : Trying to figure out what it is or how you can get in on the action? Come with these and other questions and we'll answer them together as we take a look at the journey from the traditional way of working on projects to the Agile mindset. With agile becoming a major way of working with today's projects, there are things that each of us need to keep in mind and understand. During our session, we will define each and the differences, closing out with some things you can do to begin to shift your mindset.
