University Virtual Meeting - "Engaging Stakeholders through Storytelling" Speaker:Joseph Griffin

Ways of Working
Topic:  "Engaging Stakeholders through Storytelling"

Topic Summary:
Engaging stakeholders and reporting, formally and informally, are part of every project manager’s job. Some love it, while others feel clouds darken every time we have to give a project update presentation or send the dreaded status report. Regardless of whether your love it or dread it, we have to do it. This presentation will show a few techniques for how we can use the art of storytelling to engage stakeholders and frame reporting in a fresh way.
