This session will engage the audience in opportunities to further enhance their communication skills and attitudes toward teambuilding. Through engaging and interactive activities, the participants will see the value in building their own positive attitudes and focusing on working collaboratively to enhance the organization as a whole. Dr. Kimberly will challenge you to look inward to find the skills that you already have and how those skills can empower you to create a space that will make you an even better leader but more importantly a stronger problem solver and creative being!

Bio: Dr. Kimberly Johnson visits schools and businesses throughout the U.S. speaking to children / adults about Education and Leadership. She conducts leadership workshops and seminars to help organizational leaders improve their interaction with team members. She conducts staff development workshops on how to motivate children in the classroom. Dr. Kimberly also teaches creative writing to elementary and middle school students. She is a member of the International Reading Association, Society of Children's Book Writers and Children's Book Insider. Kimberly is an advocate of children's literacy and gives a portion of proceeds to children's literacy organizations. She has developed a line of greeting cards, motivational CD's and motivational posters for teachers and children.
