Description:

In order to get an idea into execution, you first need to understand the problem or opportunity on hand. Based on that, you could apply different concepts to move the project from ideation to execution. In this session we can explore when to apply design thinking, lean six sigma concepts and Agile methodology to get from ideation into execution mode.

Speaker Bio:

Deepa Swaminathan is the Director of Strategy & Digital Acceleration for Ericsson’s Supply Americas which encompasses all:  North & South America, Canada, and Mexico.
She’s also a Digital Hub product owner, credentialed Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PROSCI Change Practitioner & Innovation Coach, SAFe Scrum Master 4.5, and former adjunct professor at UT Dallas for capstone projects in Supply Chain for graduate students.

Deepa will also be a featured speaker at this year’s 13^th Annual AMS Summit in Houston TX, October 11^th-12^th.
