Speaker Bio:

Dan Norvell serves as the President of Heart to Heart Orphans USA, a Christian non-profit he cofounded in 2017, supporting the needy in the Kibera Slums of Nairobi, Kenya. 

Dan has more than 36 years of management in the telecommunication industry serving in a multitude of roles. 

He has organized, developed, and directed multi-functional specialists planning, installing, managing, and training functions relevant to all facets of telecommunications and information technology. 

As the Account Director, Marine Forces Atlantic (MARFORLANT) and Marine Corps Installations East, Next Generation contract, he was responsible for IT support, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, demand generation, P&L, Program management and order fulfillment for eight major sites supporting 39,000 computers and network connectivity. He was directly responsible for a P&L of $39 million and 225 employees.  He has also acted as the account subject matter expert for the Wireless LAN Program. 

Certified as a Project Management Professional, BICSI Registered Communication Distribution Designer and ITIL v3. Retired Marine and received a BS in Business IT Systems.
