As part of the Saturday PDU series, the PMI-Metrolina Chapter & CapTech Consultants will be hosting an event in the Barings building located on the 14th floor in Uptown Charlotte, NC on May 23rd at 5:30pm-7:30pm. The event will be filled with Networking, Free Food & Beverages, and a Panel Discussion on the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) industry and how it's driving job opportunites in Project Management!
RPA is best suited for automating business processes in several industries such as Health Care, Insurance, Digital Marketing, and Financial Services. Amazon, Bank of America, Lowe's and Wells Fargo are some of the many local companies that have adopted RPA.

Owen Kraft, CAMS
Owen Kraft is a Project Manager and Business Analyst for CapTech in Charlotte, NC. Owen has years of experience working with multiple clients on various projects, with a particular expertise in risk and compliance-related projects. On his client project work, Owen has experience with project management, process mapping and engineering, reporting, ad hoc analysis and issue resolution. Owen has a particular interest in how technology can improve day-to-day operations, and has published an e-book on RegTech (regulatory technology). Owen has also lead multiple internal research and proof-of-concept teams focused on technologies such as machine learning, augmented reality, the internet-of-things, and robotic process automation.
L. Branden Coleman, PMP, CSM
Branden Coleman is currently a Business Systems Consultant at Wells Fargo working in the Robotic Processing Automation (RPA) Center of Excellence (COE). He has worked for Wells Fargo for the past 9 years implementing large scale projects, more recently concentrating on RPA Solutions. Prior to his time in RPA, Branden delivered successful data migration, process improvements, and IT projects for Wealth Investment Management, Capital Markets, Payments-Virtual Solutions, and Consumer Lending Teams for the Enterprise PMO. Branden has also served on the Board of Directors for the PMI-Metrolina Chapter since 2017. In this role, Branden manages a team of program & project managers to develop and deliver training certification courses, mentorship networking events, and learning workshops for the 2018 PMI Chapter of the Year.
Adaryll Horne
Adaryll is a Lead Solutions Consultant within the Robotic Process Automation(RPA) Center of Excellence at Wells Fargo where he works with business process owners to provide automation solutions that optimize resource use, lower operational risk, improve efficiencies, and reduce cost. Prior to his current role, Adaryll built a rich 11 year career at Bank of America developing, transforming and aligning IT needs in roles such as Project Manager, Testing Lead, Business Analyst, and Strategic Operations Specialist. In each role he established a stellar record working across teams to define operational needs and deploy integrated solutions that mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and achieve client goals. Adaryll received his Masters in Business Administration degree from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida A&M University.
