Speaker Bio:  
Wes Lewis (he/him) is the Founder and Managing Partner of Hex5 Digital LLC. With over 18 years of leadership in agile teams, user experience design, and management consulting, Wes is known for delivering data-driven digital solutions. Most recently, as Senior Manager of Web Marketing and Agile Marketing Operations at Cvent, he led global teams, driving impactful marketing campaigns and web experiences.
 
Previously, at Booz Allen Hamilton, Wes spearheaded product delivery for government agencies like the Internal Revenue Service and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, further cementing his industry expertise. His work has earned recognition from the Black Engineer of the Year Conference and Human Factors International.
 
Wes holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Hampton University, an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a Master of Professional Studies in Technology Management from Georgetown University. He also holds certifications from ICAgile, Scaled Agile, the Nielsen Norman Group, Prosci, and the Project Management Institute.
 
An adjunct professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus, St. Francis College, and Georgetown University, Wes is also actively involved in several community and professional organizations, including the National Black MBA Association, Inc., National Contract Management Association, 100 Black Men of America, and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.. He resides in Bowie, Maryland, with his wife and children.
