Expected Outcomes for the PMP Study Group

  1. Enhanced Knowledge and Understanding of Project Management Concepts and

Principles

- Participants will gain a deeper understanding of key project management concepts and

principles as outlined in the PMBOK® Guide and other study materials.

- Improved ability to apply these concepts to real-world scenarios, enhancing both

theoretical knowledge and practical application.

- Participants will develop effective test-taking strategies, including time management,

question analysis, and elimination techniques.

- Increased familiarity with the format and types of questions that appear on the PMP

exam through practice exams and quizzes.

- As participants progress through the study group, confidence in their ability to pass the

PMP exam will increase.
