Speaker Bio:
Chris Leonard is a speaker and business coach who builds high-performing teams around complex problems.
He founded No Impediments in 2023, where he coaches and consults for small businesses, nonprofits, and growth-stage technology startups. Chris has never met a team he couldn’t make at least 40% faster and happier.
Chris came to coaching as a second career after 10 years on the road in the music industry. He lives in Nashville, Tennessee, with his wife and two children. He still writes and releases music and enjoys the holy trinity of dad hobbies - bourbon, barbecue, and ancient history.
