Speaker: Sneha Bandekar
Sneha Bandekar is a seasoned Program Manager with her experience spanning across more than two decades. She is a Senior Program Manager at Infosys working for many premium banking clients for last many years. Sneha’s primary domain is Banking and Insurance and technical expertise is in designing Portals and Java Technologies. She was responsible for managing end to end delivery for many niche, highly visible programs over the years, leading teams of all sizes from 5 to 65 members. She received her Graduate degree from University of Wisconsin, in Technology Management.
Sneha is very passionate about scope creep and requirement changes as this is one of the most common risk experienced by projects of all sizes and budgets. Sneha has led the requirement discussions from front and successfully negotiated requirements, timelines and managed stakeholder expectations. Sneha will share her scope creep management strategies
