Project Managers as Every Day C.O.A.C.H.E.S. -
This presentation will share with participants the power of coaching others as opposed to managing others. It is through the collaboration and cohesion of ideas and creativity that managers can encourage their team members to want to give their BEST. So often, we think that people want to be managed and told how to do their jobs. The fact is that MOST people want to be great employees but they just may not like the approach of the team leader. This interactive session will share productive strategies and encouragement to get everyone working together as a winning team!
