As artificial intelligence reshapes how work gets done, Agile is at a crossroads. Project leaders are now being asked to deliver faster, adapt constantly, and integrate AI tools — all without losing sight of people, purpose, and performance. This session explores how AI is changing the very fabric of Agile delivery, and what it means to lead in a world where automation, unpredictability, and speed are the new normal. We’ll examine how project managers can shift from orchestrators to sensemakers, rewire their leadership approach, and build truly adaptive teams ready for what’s next.
