PMI® Carolina Study Group for the PMP® Exam- Session 2

Ways of Working

Preparing for the PMP® exam doesn't have to be a solo journey. This five-week virtual study group offers a structured, community-driven approach to exam prep, guided by members of the PMI® Carolinas Professional Development and Training Committee. Each 1.5-hour session covers the three ECO domains—People (42%), Process (50%), and Business Environment (8%)—along with the 10 Knowledge Areas, 5 Process Groups, and 12 Project Management Principles from the PMBOK® Guide Seventh Edition. Sessions blend instruction with real-world scenarios, group discussion, and knowledge checks, with proven test- taking strategies woven throughout. Weekly study guides, vocabulary lists, and curated resources help reinforce learning between sessions. Whether you're just starting your PMP®  journey or doing a final review before test day, this study group gives you the content, community, and confidence to walk in ready. All session recordings will be available on-demand review after the cohort ends.
