Speaker: Dr. E.M. Dunlap

Presentation Description: Every project manager knows about the triple constraints.  Research shows that over 70% of software projects fail.  If every PM knows about the triangle, how is it that failure rates are this high?    Are you aware that for software projects there are three “hidden” constraints?  A review of the literature shows these three hidden constraints are unaccounted for.  Learn more about them and exactly what they are during this presentation.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Identify 3 "hidden" constraints of software projects
