Huntersville/Cabarrus County Virtual Meeting -Learn what it takes to be an adaptive and agile leader. Speaker:Betsy Kauffman

Ways of Working

We work in complex and challenging environments with change being thrown at us warp speed. In order to survive and thrive as leaders, it is critical that we adopt an adaptive and agile leadership style. However, what does that exactly mean and how do we gain the skills and mindset in order to make this change?  We will explore what it means to be an agile leader, how we support team members in this new way of leading, and the behaviors necessary to be a leader in this new way of working. Please join me as we explore how to survive and thrive as a leader in our complex work environments.
