The agile mindset has long been lauded across the corporate world and embraced in individuals professional and personal life.

People around the world have had to adapt to many changes and disruptions over the past 6 months as the COVID-19 pandemic has turned offices, schools, communication, and supply chains on their heads. Organizations and individuals must make difficult decisions balancing health and freedom with performance and sustainability. Learn about how having an agile mindset can fit into the new normal and how agility fits into the current environment and what benefits and challenges the current environment places on living an agile life.

Craig Oliver is an Operational Risk Correspondent placed at Wells Fargo through Keyot Consulting working on the Service Catalog Team. Craig is a 2018 graduate of American University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Management.

His interest in project management began through his experience planning, developing, and executing, and documenting an Eagle Scout project renovating a cemetery dating back to the 1700s. Other interests include biking, hiking, and discovering and learning from new podcasts.

Pete Oliver is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Stanford Advanced Project Management Certificate (SCPM) holder with over 30 years of IT industry experience including 25 years managing both domestic and international projects.

He has led the PM efforts in many successful Information Technology projects. These projects included areas of software vendor portfolio and Information Management Database Tools migrations, Financial Markets (Capital Markets) Solutions Development and Marketing, installation planning and upgrade for high-end servers, zOS software upgrades, version to version migration and porting of Independent Software Vendor solutions, and design verification testing of networking subsystems.
