Presentation Description:  Frequently we present project management to those in other disciplines are as a science with ballet such precision and choreography, whether our tool set includes burn down charts, multi-layers project plans or Kanban boards. However when sit among our peers we discuss the reality of not have a choreography chart but the opportunities when some reality hits the fan, almost like a sport where you have events or people working against you such as a body check in hockey. So, is project management more like ballet or is it more like hockey? This participative workshop will explore several aspects of both.
