Program Manager run a project? In many instances yes but can a Project Manager successfully run a program? Would they want to? Isn’t Program management oversight of just a bunch of projects, right? This participative workshop will provide some insight into the role of program management, its contribution to the organization and how it differs from project management.

Speaker Bio:

Henry has been a Program/Sr. Project Manager within the manufacturing, marketing, services and legal industries. During that time, he has managed large complex cross-functional programs/projects including client onboarding, helpdesk integrations, corporate restructuring, capacity evaluation and restructuring, mergers, civil litigation and national solutions development initiatives. Lastly, Henry background includes PMO creation and governance, change management, process development/improvement and implementation.
