Presenter Bio:

Scott Payne is the author of the PMP Exam Master Prep Manual and the creator of the PMP Master Prep System. A practicing PMP and project deployment expert, Scott has 15+ years of experience successfully designing and deploying lean six sigma project programs within multiple Fortune 500 companies. During this time, Scott has had oversight of project portfolios as large as 30 concurrent projects and facilitated 50+ value stream mapping and kaizen events.

Scott started on his life’s path of process and project transformation with a degree in systems engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and an MBA from the College of William and Mary.

Complementing his status as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Scott maintains certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and a Theory of Constraints Project Management Technical Expert from the AGI-Goldratt institute.
