Presenter: Deborah D. Davis - MBA, PMP
Presenter Bio:
Deborah has 20+ years of experience leading projects and programs in the financial and healthcare industries. While the majority of her experience is in the management of mergers and acquisitions, she has also led business process improvement, application development, and system conversion initiatives. After a 23-year career with Bank of America, Deborah joined Lash Group in 2018 as a Center of Excellence project manager. She was offered a program manager opportunity in 2019 and her current opportunity in 2020. In her current role as the Director of the Patient Services Program Management Office for Lash Group, she leads a team of 26 program managers, project managers and scrum masters.
Her team is responsible for developing and deploying new client programs, supporting existing client programs, and delivering enhancements to the core Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and digital services available to clients. Deborah has completed her PhD Coursework in Organizational Leadership from Capella University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Montreat College, a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of South Carolina at Columbia. She has certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP), Change Management Professional (CMP), SAFe Agile, Six Sigma Green Belt, Design for Six Sigma, and Lean Six Sigma. Deborah lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband Mark and enjoys playing disc golf, traveling, music, attending live concerts, walking and participating in 5, 10 and 15K races
